Use it as you would use any shower gel - apply to wet skin in the shower or bath, lather with your hands or use a loofah or washcloth, then rinse and pat dry with a towel. It is 99 percent biodegradable, plus it comes in a 100 percent recycled plastic bottle that can be recycled again with the cap on.
