Urban Veda Neem Tea Tree Purifying Hydrating Toner 150 ml

How to use :

After cleansing, apply toner to cotton pad and then to face and neck, using gentle sweeping movements. Allow a minute for botanicals to absorb into the skin, before moisturising. Repeat cleansing process twice daily.
