Fudge Catalyst Creme Developer peroxide. Strengths Available: No Lift (1.5 percent), 10 vol (3 percent), 20 vol (6 percent), 30 vol (9 percent), 40 vol (12 percent). No Lift Developer Converts Headpaint to Demi Permanent Colour. Enriched with waxes to protect the hair during the hair colouring process. Moisturizing Humectants which provide longer lasting strength and regulates the correct amount of oxygen needed to deposit pigments or lift natural hair colour.
