How to use :

Put two fingers on the Manipulator Matte without digging in and move in a circle so you don’t pick up too much. Rub between your fingers only (not your palms) and rub it in as if you are shampooing. Flatten down and move hair to your desired style. Push fringe up for an all day and night hold. Apply to dry hair only.
