Standard shipping is generally non trackable. All other delivery services include tracking and are delivered without a signature.
If you require delivery via DHL or a courier service with signature confirmation, an additional charge applies. Please contact us before selecting this option.
Handling fees are fixed. Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of your order.

Please include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s). We offer a postal return address for our UK & Channel Island Customers only.
