How to Use:

Shake well before use if recommended. Starting from the inner corner of the eye, glide the fine tip or thicker tip along the upper lash line using light, even strokes. Build the line to your desired thickness and extend outward to create a wing if desired. Allow the eyeliner to dry completely before applying additional eye makeup.

• Do not use if the eyes are irritated or infected
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs
• Replace the cap securely after each use to prevent the formula from drying out
