How to Use:

• Begin with clean, dry nails.
• Apply one coat of OPI Base Coat.
• Apply two thin coats of Glowin' On Vacay, allowing each coat to dry before applying the next.
• Finish with an OPI Top Coat to seal in colour and maximise shine.
• Allow nails to dry completely.
