How to Use

Apply to clean, dry nails. Begin with Essie All-In-One Base Coat, then apply one to two coats of colour. Allow to dry, and finish with your favourite Essie top coat. For nourished cuticles, complete your routine with Essie Apricot On The Roll cuticle oil.
