Do you use Bed Head after party on wet or dry hair?

'After Party' comes in a hot pink, plastic bottle with a cute bubble head. The bottle has a pump dispenser which allows for mess-free, easy use. The product can be used on both dry and damp locks, so we tested it out on both.
