It has slightly thick and gel like texture but applies quite smoothly on my lips without smudging or bleeding. It doesn’t feel sticky on lips. It makes lips look moisturized even without a lip balm underneath. The pigmentation of the lip gloss is quite sheer. It does need to be reapplied throughout the day.Direction To Use: Step 1. Apply lip gloss with the XL Wand applicator in the centre of your upper lip and follow the contours of your mouth.Step 2. Glide the lip gloss across the entire bottom lip.
