After cleansing the pimple, moisturize your skin to prepare it for application. Peel off a Zit Zapping Dot (the black and red dots are equally effective!) and gently press onto the pimple to completely cover it. The sticky side, which is attached to the plastic film like a sticker, is applied to the pimple to zap it! Press down on the edges to make sure it is firmly attached. Leave the dot in place for eight to ten hours (yes, you can sleep with it!), then carefully remove and discard.
