REF Dry Shampoo No. 204 is a vegan, sulfate-free formula designed to refresh hair between washes by absorbing excess oil, leaving a matte finish while adding volume and texture. It is available in both clear and brown pigments to suit different hair colors.

• Potato Starch: Absorbs excess oil from the hair, refreshing it between washes.
• Aluminum Starch Octenylsuccinate: Enhances the oil-absorbing properties, contributing to a matte finish.
