Directions:

Add two handfuls of Elysium Spa Muscle & Bath Soak with Natural Hemp Oil to a warm, running bath water for a wonderfully soothing and relaxing bath. Soak for only a minimum of 20 minutes in a warm bath with Elysium Spa Muscle & Bath Soak with Natural Hemp Oil to soften skin and to be absorbed.
