Is DIA Light semi-permanent?

L'Oréal Professionnel Dia Light is an Ammonia-free, semi-permanent, tone-on-tone colour that is specifically formulated for maximum shine and condition. It it ideal for hair that has been previously coloured, weakened or sensitised.
