How to Use:

• Start with clean, dry nails.
• Apply one coat of OPI Base Coat.
• Apply two thin coats of Paintin' On Sunshine, allowing each coat to dry.
• Finish with an OPI Top Coat to enhance shine and extend wear.
• Allow nails to dry completely before use.
