How to Use:

• Begin with clean, dry nails.
• Apply one coat of OPI Base Coat.
• Apply two thin coats of Bright Where I Belong, allowing each coat to dry.
• Finish with an OPI Top Coat to seal in colour and enhance shine.
• Allow nails to dry completely before resuming activities.
