We are happy to exchange products as far as they are in resellable condition and within the origianl packaging.

How much does shipping cost

We have recently reduced our shipping charges and it start from as low £2 for a world wide delivery depending on the weight of the products.

1. For UK

For UK Customers the shipping charge starts from £2 and goes upto a maximum of £5 plus £0.75 if customers want their delivery to be trackable.

2. For Europe and Rest of World

For European and Rest of World Customers the delivery charge starts from £2 and goes up according to the weight of the products. International customer must note that Myhairandbeauty.co.uk reserves the right to ask for more delivery charge in case your parcel can not be sent within the delivery charge you have paid.

What should I do if my order gets lost, stolen or damaged during shipment?

For lost or stolen orders, please report your complaint within 2 working days after estimated delivery time.

How long will it take to process my order?

The length of delivery and processing of orders depends upon your location.

1. For UK Estimated time for Normal Delivery: 2 to 3 working days. Estimated time for Express Delivery for orders made before 3pm: Next working day.

2. For Europe Estimated time for Delivery: 3 to 5 working days.

3. For Rest of World Estimated time for Delivery: 4 to 7 working days.

Pay in 30 days after initial purchase

You are able to opt for their first option which allows you to buy now then pay later within 30 days. This is with no extra interest, as long as the payment is made within the 30 day interval. If you are unable to make the payment, Klarna does offer an extension date, be sure to inform them directly though on this via their mobile app or website.

Pay in 3 monthly instalments

Alternatively you can pay for your Sloomy order in 3 instalments. They come out on a monthly basis and are done so automatically. This is the best and safest way to spread out the cost of your purchase. Be sure to make the payments on time or you may incur any extra charges.

  • Clearpay: is another 0% finance option provider that is available for online shoppers. After your order is processed, paying back the cost is split up into 4 payments that are payable every 2 weeks. First payment is taken on the day of your order.

You are able to shop with Clearpay’s payment options, spreading out the cost of your purchase when shopping for your bedroom at Sloomy.

Setting up your Clearpay account

Returning Clearpay users can simply login into their Clearpay account at checkout to enjoy 0% interest shopping.

If your payments are late without letting Clearpay know, you are charged an initial £6 late, with a further £6 being added after a 7 day period if not successfully paid.

Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 and the lower of £36 or 25% of the order value for orders over £24.

Please note that late payments through Clearpay may make you ineligible to use their finance options in the future. Unpaid debt may be passed onto a 3rd party debt collection agency.

On what grounds can an order be declined?

1. If the customer is not having enough funds in Bank/Card Account

2. If the Card is not authorized by bank due to any false information given while making the order.

3. We may reject an order if a customer wants to receive products on an alternative address which is different than the billing address.
